Steisha brings decades of Human Resources expertise to our board, currently serving as Director of Human Capital at GQG Partners LLC in Seattle, WA. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate growth and change while staying true to their values — exactly the kind of thoughtful, mission-centered leadership Barn Sanctuary needs as we continue to grow.

Her background in people strategy, program-building, and governance will be an incredible asset as we work to scale sustainably, strengthen our team, and deepen our impact for the animals in our care.

When she's not lending her talents to the causes she believes in, Steisha can be found whipping up delicious vegan baked goods, hosting Zoom trivia nights with friends across the country, and sharing her Seattle home with three very content indoor cats — Olive, Bernie, and Jonesy.
