Hi, I’m Schmidt
One of our facilities employees saw a message about two roosters being abandoned on the side of the road and new she needed to help. She drove around for over a hour with her window down in hopes to find Winston and his bestie Schmidt.
Finally she was able to hear them and track them down. She caught the pair and took them to her house to spend the night. The next day she brought them to Barn and we took them to the vet to get checked out. Both were in pretty good health, however Winston has a curved spine which means he may need physical therapy or meds in the future.
