Reflecting on 2021 at Barn Sanctuary
The Impact of Your Support
Despite the challenges and changes we all faced collectively in 2021, Barn Sanctuary was still able to accomplish a lot this year thanks to your support. Scroll down to see some of our major strides in 2021.
We re-opened to the public!
After over a year of being closed to the public, Barn Sanctuary was again able to open the sanctuary up for tours, educational programs, and field trips. Over 1,000 visitors were able to meet our residents, visit the sanctuary, and learn about the plight of farmed animals all over the world. We also continued virtual tours, field trips, and educational programs that reached over 2,500 students from multiple states and countries.
Exciting Milestones in 2021
In loving memory
While 2021 was full of incredible progress and exciting new programs, we also lost beloved residents at the sanctuary: Betty, Cheska, Dani, Dianne, Larry, Stanley, Herve, Jerry, Lilo, Opal, Sophia, and Faith.
