Give to Barn with Kroger Community Rewards

Posted December 15, 2021 in Barn Sanctuary News

Barn Sanctuary is excited to take part in the Kroger Community Rewards Program! Kroger Community Rewards makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your card to Barn Sanctuary, all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Kroger Shopper’s Card.

You Shop, Kroger Gives

Once you are registered, all transactions will be applied to the program every time you swipe your Shopper’s Card, at no added cost to you. Kroger donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations.

Every grocery run you make can impact the many rescued animals that call Barn Sanctuary home, like Mike, our truly unique blind cow.

How to Participate

Log into your Kroger account at http://www.kroger.com, then search for Barn Sanctuary either by name or AK669. Click enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address, and a Shopper’s Card.

Kroger customers must have a registered Kroger Shopper’s Card account to be able to link to Barn Sanctuary. Kroger Shopper’s Cards are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.

Purchases will not count for Barn Sanctuary until after a Shopper’s Card has been registered.

Participants must swipe their registered Kroger Shopper’s Card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Shopper’s Card when shopping for each purchase to count.

Barn Sanctuary

We rescue and rehabilitate abused and neglected farmed animals by creating a safe haven where these individuals can recover and thrive.

We envision a world in which farmed animals are seen as individuals and treated with empathy and compassion.
